your server is very bad, I'm in southeast asia and I don't have any internet problem and it runs smoothly in other apps and games, but when I play this game it always waits for internet connection and the ping is red. I lost and lost my coins because of your bad server, when after knocking, the game still runs auto play, but on my screen, it's stuck on the knock/card counting page, I lost a lot of coins. you really harmed me. please check it with asia server,fix it and then i will give u 5 star

it's excellent and enjoyable game but 1 thing is preventing it from being best and enjoyable Gin rummy games or other online games ever made... it's like while you're playing if for instant the connection is poor it wiil close the game and the opponent will continue playing, until you close the game and reopen the app..... its disgusting 😭😭😭😭

utterly disgusted by how rigged the game is, Algorithm rigged like hell, game is designed to force you to buy chips. I'm not even sure if there is any real players around, unbelievable losing streak, literally non stop, opponents (mostly are bots) card is always so good, at the start of the hand it's like they got all the sets and I'm dealt with all the rubbish cards. The speed they gin and knock is totally rigged, you have no way to win....
